Stephen Ireland has slowly become one of the Premiership’s most consistent performers. Not only is Ireland a great football player but he also does a lot of work for charity (along with having his own foundation – The Stephen Ireland Foundation) and the website clearly promotes this. It’s good to see players giving back

Micah Richards is a good looking website with a nice insight to the player in his biography section. I always think it’s nice seeing how a players career started and this section is definitely the best part of the website. The other blog, charity and news sections look to be rarely updated apart from the results of Manchester City.

However, his Twitter account is regularly updated and it’s a good to see how Micah feels after each game and regularly interacts with his followers.

While they have some great players (i.e. Clint Dempsey, Landon Donovan), the squad lacks strength in depth. On the evidence from the Confederations Cup, they team is extremely well organised and motivated so they could be underdogs.

The most they could hope for, in my view, is a second phase or quarter finals at best.
